The barrier-free information platform Gateway answers many questions on how to get started when you have a visual or hearing impairment. The Study Centre for the Visually Impaired (SZS) jointly works with the RWTH University of Aachen on the contents of this platform:

The Representative for Students with Disabilities and Chronic Diseases at KIT gives advice on all topics related to studying with impairment at the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology.
